Can you buy a vanilla credit card top-up?
Vanilla Reload Card, in combination with prepaid debit cards, mimics the possibilities of a standard bank account. The key here is prepaid debit cards. Another problem seems to be that it is legitimate but is also used by cheaters. So beware.
Charging limits
Daily. You can load up to $ 1,000 a day via Vanilla Reloads and / or Wal-Mart debit cards on your Bluebird account. The new day seems to start at midnight Eastern time.
Monthly You can load up to $ 5,000 per month via Vanilla Reloads and / or Wal-Mart debit cards on your Bluebird account. The new month begins on the first day of each month and is not a 30-day period.
Bottom line
It’s best to first buy a gift card for a small amount (as part of the test) and check if your local CVS accepts it for buying Vanilla Reloads or other prepaid card top-ups before spending a lot of money to buy gift cards that a local CVS won, I don’t accept.
